Please join the Department of History for a “First Book” celebration. During the past year, Nicole Archambeau, Jessica Jackson, Doug Sheflin, and Andrea Duffy each published their first book. Our online celebration on April 28, 2021 will include a brief interview with each author followed by audience questions. And while we can’t meet in person, we will take advantage of the moment by inviting each faculty member’s dissertation advisor, family and friends, as well as alumni to join us for the festivity. This event is the first of what we hope becomes a new tradition within the History Department celebrating the publication of each other’s books. Please use this Zoom link to attend.
