Aubrey is a second-year graduate student in the history department and works as a graduate teaching assistant. Aubrey completed her undergraduate work at the University of Northern Colorado and graduated with a B.A. in History, a minor in Geography, and her Colorado secondary social studies education license.

Aubrey taught high school studies in south Denver for three years before starting at CSU. She is interested in combining her education background with her training as a historian to work in a museum or other historical site after graduation. At CSU, Aubrey has volunteered at the Avenir Museum of Design and Merchandising and completed an oral history project for the Lincoln County Fair in eastern Colorado.
