Biography

Introduction
Devon C. Rebelez is a Graduate Teaching Assistant and second-year M.A. student in the History Department. Devon's research interest primarily centers on 20th-century labor history, the U.S.-Mexico borderlands, and the United States as an imperial power. After completing his degree, Devon hopes to enter a Ph.D. program in order to further his education.

As of 2024-25, Devon is the current History Graduate Student Association (HGSA) President.

Outside the department, Devon is a member of the committee on the Status of African American, Latino/a, Asian American, and Native American Historians (ALANA) through the Organization of American Historians (OAH). He has also worked on public-facing projects, the most recent of which is a digital Story Map as a companion piece to a larger historical monograph on the Poudre River Trail.
